microsoft office outlook 백업

탐색기 상태에서 extend.dat 파일과 Outlook.pst 파일을 찾아서 백업 하고 있다가

새로 교체된 컴에서 다시 outlook 디렉토리 를 찾아 복사해 넣으면 복원된다.

 

아래 그림은 microsoft office outlook 창에서 백업하는 방법을 보여주는 것인데 , 중요한것은

Outlook.pst  파일과  archive.pst  파일을 찾아내는 과정이니 참고하면 되겠다.

이번에 내 컴퓨터를 리셋팅 하면서 보니까  Outlook.pst  파일과  archive.pst  파일이 들어있는 디렉토리 구조가 앞의 컴퓨터와 새 컴퓨터가

조금 달랐다. 

 

예1 -  바꾸기전의 컴퓨터에 디렉토리는  

Documents and Settings --> Administrator --> Application Data --> Microsoft --> Outlook --> Outlook.pst  파일과  archive.pst  저장  

 

예2 -  새 컴퓨터에 디렉토리는  

Documents and Settings --> Administrator --> Local Settins -->Application Data --> Microsoft --> Outlook --> Outlook.pst  파일과  archive.pst  저장  

 

예3 - window 7ulimate --> C:\Users\admin\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst

                                          보안키가 작동 중이면, 압축으로 처리후 가져온다.
